John Keers - Gnosis

Gnosis is a Design and Engineering company with offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Los Angeles. We are in a fast paced and quick moving environment where email is vital to our business needs. After suffering several failures with Yahoo Small Business email hosting we set about looking at exactly what would best serve our company and provide us with the reliability and customer service that we need. Should we use another provider, should we bring email in-house? After analyzing the options, completing trials and viewing the results we were most impressed by the service of hk.com, which all though not the cheapest provider certainly convinced us that spending that bit more would enhance our business communications.

We have now been using hk.com services for over 6 months and have no complaints. We are able to access email unhindered at all our sites. The choice of POP or IMAP is pretty unique and has allowed us much more flexibility especially when using mobile products (through IMAP). The ability to connect to the mail through Blackberry servers and push to some users has of course been a hit with those users. HK.com have been quick to assist us with problems, helping to identify the issues caused by poor email setup at other companies and even going as far as to contact those companies and offer advice. All in all a service we can thoroughly recommend.

"Not only my Business email, I also use them to manage my personal and family email and domain name. Years of experience and continue improvement. I must say they are the best email service provider in Asia...

We switched from running our own exchange server to Groupmail earlier this year because of reliability issues. Since moving over we have been able to significantly improve speed in offices outside Hong Kong and have seen a vast improvement in reliability.

The overall product is good with much of the functionality we were used to with exchange although there is definitely room for continued development which I know is ongoing.
